Mike Petryszak – Owner
Mike has been practicing Real Estate since 1978. As a true veteran in the industry, he and his wife Shari decided to guide others in their career and opened the John L Scott Woodinville office in 2007. Mike is extremely passionate about nurturing a team environment and encourages all associates to share their knowledge and expertise. You will not find many who are as dedicated to your success as he is.
Chelsey Samonte - Designated Broker
Chelsey is our fearless leader, having taken over the Designated Broker position from her father Mike early in 2019. Chelsey was born into the Real Estate Industry, obtained her license in 2003 and carries on the passion for the team environment. She strives to build relationships built on trust, loyalty and mutual respect and works hard to make sure lines of communication are open and you receive the support you need to be successful as well as love what you do. Just like her father, her commitment to your success is unsurpassed.
Henry Samonte - Managing Broker
Henry started in Real Estate in 1991 and has proven excellence ever since. A 13-year Five Star award winner, he provides the same level of service to the Brokers as he does his clients which are clearly illustrated through his client testimonials. His passion for the industry combined with his extensive knowledge and experience makes him an invaluable resource for guidance and support that you will find nowhere else.
Carol Picerno - Office Manager
Carol has been working in Real Estate for over 8 years and is a licensed broker. She also holds a degree in finance and contributes her extensive knowledge in accounting to the continued success of the office. As the office manager, she handles the day to day operations that include managing the transaction files, commission processing, and establishing procedures to ensure the office remains in compliance with Federal and State requirements. She is a tremendously valuable asset and is an integral part of helping agents build their business.
April Brown - Training and Development Facilitator
April has been a Managing Broker for nearly 20 years and finds great joy in watching the Brokers she works with achieve success. She is a wealth of information regarding the technical aspect of Real Estate but will also work with you to create strong marketing campaigns. As a licensed Real Estate Instructor, she writes Real Estate classes in her spare time which provides you with firsthand education in the field. Her ultimate goal is to help you master your skills in Real Estate, so you achieve your desired level of success in the shortest possible amount of time.
